Terms and conditions

• The Cinnamon hotel stay offer (“Offer”) is applicable for all holders of locally issued visa signature and advance credit cards of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited(“HSBC”/ “Bank”) (“Cardholders”) (excluding corporate credit cards) (“Card”)
• The cardholder can redeem 50,000 HSBC rewards points and enjoy a one night hotel stay for two on full board basis at a selected Cinnamon hotel and resort* (*Hotels and resorts managed and operated by Cinnamon Hotel Management Limited.) (“CHML”)
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer available with CHML and HSBC
• Eligible cardholders can avail the offer at the below specified hotels of CHML during the period effective from 01 September 2019 to 30 December 2019 excluding the blackout dates. (Blackout date : 24 December 2019).

• Cardholder should visit the CHML/ Cinnamon resorts reservation office located at the Iceland Business Center, Level 1, No:30 R.A De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 3 or contact via 0112 161 161 to confirm the booking.
• Full payment shall be made with HSBC rewards points by using the Card to confirm the booking at the Cinnamon resorts reservations office.
• The cardholder shall have sufficient points to make the payment via rewards points and pooling of other cardholder reward points is prohibited
• Cardholder must be present at the hotel during the full duration of the stay.
• Cardholder is required to submit the Card and National Identity Card/passport upon arrival at the hotel for verification purposes.
• The offer will not be valid if referred to at the time of check in or check out and/or for bookings made via the reservations hotline and website of CHML/ Cinnamon hotels and resorts.
• All bookings made are nontransferable
• The offer shall not be valid for extras, liquor and spa services etc
• The cardholder shall be charged in full for no show and cancellations
• The Offer cannot be exchanged for any other reward or combined with any other offers and/or promotions of HSBC.
• In case of any dispute relating to any and all matters with regard to this offer, including but not limited to, in respect of the, cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, terms and conditions herein stated, the decision of HSBC shall prevail and be final and conclusive.
• The Bank shall be entitled to vary any of the terms and conditions contained herein at any time without prior notice to the Cardholders which variation shall bind the cardholders absolutely from the date on which it is expressed to take effect. Nevertheless such variations may be communicated to the cardholders by letter and/or notice in the local press and/or by displaying on the Bank`s notice boards and/or through statements and/or by publishing in the website of the Bank.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by the Bank to conduct similar promotions in the future.
• This offer is not applicable to any other HSBC credit cards unless otherwise stated.
• The HSBC general credit card terms and conditions shall be applicable for the credit card usage and for this offer.
• HSBC is not the supplier of the products and/or service/s offered by CHML and shall not accept any liability in relation thereto.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed and constructed by the laws of Sri Lanka and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sri Lanka.
