Terms and conditions

• The Offer is applicable to all locally issued HSBC credit cards (excluding corporate cards) only
• 30% savings applicable on local rates valid for Sri Lankans & Expatriates only.
• Valid on singhle/double/triple on BB/HB/FB basis in accordance with the standard policy of the resort.
• Offer is not applicable on extras, liquor and spa etc.
• Maximum number of 03 nights and 03 rooms per card per booking.
• Children’s policy – Maximum of 02 kids (below 12 years) sharing parents room stays & dines free at The Palms with FOC extra bed for 2nd Kid
• Cancellation within 10 days of arrival 100% retention charge on basis of meals.
• Reservations to be made in advance by calling the specified numbers / on a first come first served basis / strictly subject to availability & confirmation.
• 50% deposit be made by the card member on total stay using the credit card at the time of the reservation.
• The offer will not be applicable for reservations made through online / other platforms
• Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is made and the cardmember should be present at the hotel throughout the stay.
• Discount offer only applicable for new bookings made on or after 01 November 2019 and is not applicable for pre-confirmed bookings.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer
• Offer is subject to availability
• Full payment must be made from the HSBC credit card to enjoy the discount
