Terms & Conditions for Cardholders 

1. This offer is valid only for all Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Cardholders and Sampath Bank American Express Everyday Credit Cardmembers from 07th December to 22nd December 2019.
2. The discount is applicable only up to a Maximum Bill Value of Rs.20,000/- per Cardholder during the promotional period. (In the event where the cumulative bill value/s exceeds the eligible Maximum Bill Value during the promotional period, the Bank may charge the excess discount value from the Cardholder on a subsequent date.)
3. Multiple or Split transactions where the cumulative bill value/s exceeds the eligible Maximum Bill Value during the promotional period per single customer will not be qualified for the discount.
4. The discount will be extended for goods purchased for personal use, therefore purchases in large quantities for commercial purpose will not be allowed.
5. Maximum Quantities per bill,

> Rice – 10Kg
> Milk Powder – 5Kg
> Sugar – 10Kg
> Dhal – 10kg

1. The discount will not be applicable for tobacco, alcoholic beverages, utility bill payments and gift voucher purchases.
2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Spending made under above promotions will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards Loyalty points and “Cash Back” for Sampath Bank American Express Everyday Credit Cardmembers.
4. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/ services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the Partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/ her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
5. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions applicable for the offer.
6. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the bank shall be final.
